Each item is prepared up to the pre-cooking stage, allowing you to finish and enjoy it in under 10 minutes per dish.

Every Monday to Friday, until 12:00 AM

•  Wednesday – South Calgary

•  Thursday – North Calgary

🚚 Delivery Information

•  Deliveries are made every Wednesday (South Calgary) and Thursday (North Calgary).

•  A delivery notification message with an estimated delivery time will be sent one day prior to delivery.

•  If you do not receive a delivery notification by the day before, please contact us and we will respond promptly.

J&G FOOD is committed to ensuring that all orders are delivered safely and in the freshest condition possible.

•  Free delivery on orders over $95

•  A $7.99 delivery fee applies to orders under $95

•  All Zip Meal orders are hygienically prepared in the J&G FOOD Central Kitchen and delivered safely to your doorstep

•  At this time, delivery is available within Calgary only

Pickup is available Thursday between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM at the J&G FOOD Pickup Center
