    The desired meal can be added to the cart and checkout completed. The food will be prepared "the day before delivery."  Additionally, to ensure maximum freshness, it will be stored in a temperature-controlled environment.

    We deliver your order right to your door. We deliver on a weekly cycle to city across.

    Pick-Up is also available from Thursday between 12pm and 5pm.

FAQ

How many meals are included?

Every week, we deliver you 7 kinds of meal kits. Menu changes weekly.

When is the deadline to order?

If it's your first time ordering, complete your order by Saturday until 12pm to receive an order for the following week.

∙The deadline time is every Saturday 12pm.

∙Except for special cases, we do not accept additional orders.

When do you deliver?

We deliver every week on Wednesday.

Products that are all ready for delivery are stored in the refrigerator or freezer immediately, prepared, and shipped the next day (Wednesday).

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

If nobody will be home to receive your order, you will need to give us instruction on where to leave your ZIPMEAL. Your order will be kept in an insulated bag. Depending on the temperature, it is good for up to 4~6 hours inside the bag.
